sry ...the land is under cover by Bombay tenancy act..talathi n other falsely enter name as tenant without issuing notice to owner..but law stated if any person want any right as tenant than file application u/s 70 b to tahsildar ...ALT has also not following law n provision than any order was given by alt is illegal.so if order is illegal n void than limitation act not applied.
