Is the salary paid in cash or credited in the employee's account? If in cash when the money is drawn from bank/treasury? What is the date of disbursement as shown in the cash book and other records? Pl. seek the information on the latter points through RTI.

You have to check with Account Officer of ZP , who is making pay roll (consolidated) for every months salary. And also how this affected woman's pay roll made seprately and what is the reason behind this to be inquired. If this done so, MO should held responsible and liable to take necessary action such as harrasment to woman.

Whether she is temporary or adhoc employee. If so generally pay bill of such employees is prepared after Ist of each month separate from regular employees and some delay happens in payment. Confirm from the accounts office of the ZP the exact reason of delay.

MO is intentionally doing this. and background of that MO is very bad he is suspended 2 times and he is also doing illegal things I.e. private practice, etc.

Official letter generally not replied so early specially in such condition. Though not a fast method, take information through RTI dates when the salary of other staff and the said staff was given. Send legal notice afterwards.
