Dear Sir,
I had purchased a property in 2005 which was disputed, about the dispute I came to know after purchase the property.
Two day after from the date of purchase, actual owner of the property filed a FIR against me under section 420,504,506 etc. When I appeared in court and I explained the truth then actual owner filed further complaint against the fraud Seller of property.
My question is that, the fraud Seller is taking date for the last five years, it is informed to me by my advocate, is it possible that any accused can take further date on hearing, if yes, how many times.
Actual Owner has alleged Sec-504,506 wrongly. Kindly also advice, can these both section be out from the case.

did you not take proper search before purchasing the property? you ought to have engaged a lawyer befre purchasing any property . without going through the allegations made in complaint it would be difficult to advise
if fraude seller is taking repeated adjournments you can object to the same
When the fraud seller join the court then argue to be made. Such as, I have already posted that the fraud seller is taking date on every date and that is the reason to not charge is being start in the court.
What should I do so that he could not take further date from the court.
My advocate is also not making objection on the same.
