Vidhu, Why don't you repair the seepage in ur flat to stop it below ur flat?? If it is above, it is a matter of co-op soc & upper floor resident.

your problem indeed to be looked after by you being a Architect. you know the reason!!

Don't waste time & money 4 co-op court: They can pass order, don't repair water seepage..
Unhygienic condition is a baby that need to feed milk today, not tomorrow!. need to act fast for health and hygiene.
