Title of the property

(Querist) 16 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
of the property and in the said deed settlement deed she all right, interest, title to my father, and my father sold a part of the said property to someone…
Now my questions are as follows,

1.Now the property is considered as self-acquired property of my father or not?

2.Now the person who purchased a part of property needs to get consent from the legal heirs of my father?
