Review petition - hc / procedure / way

(Querist) 31 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
can someone please share on how are the proceedings of a review petition done in a HC. i read somewhere that review petitions are heard in the judge's chamber.

Please guide. also is the review petition done only in presence of advocates or with affected parties also (if want to be present).

additionally, can the affected party put forward some points / facts directly to the court if the advocate is not able to explain those ?
