Poa registration - land

The owners of land are in Chennai and the land is in Warangal. The owners wish to give a POA to another person to dispose of the land. Can the POA be registered at Chennai ? This will save the owners the trouble and expense to travel to Andhra. Otherwise, can the POA be registered in any place in Andhra Pradesh (say, Sulurpet, which is closer to Chennai) or it has to be registered only at Warangal ? Since Sulurpet is much closer to Chennai than Warangal, the owners (who are old) will find it easier to travel to Sulurpet.

But since the land is in Warangal, I am told that the POA cannot be registered in chennai Is this correct ?

That is not correct but safer side from buyer's
point of view.

In Haryana the POA of seller is allowed only in favour of his blood relative. First of all obtain this information from Andhra Pradesh whether the POA in favour of some other person is allowed for the purpose of registration of sale-deed or not.

In the capital city the registration for whole state can be done.
