Dv case and medical certificate

Hello Experts

I would like to know in DV case mere medical certificate which my wife made in her home town after 5 days of leaving matrimonial house is sufficient for her to win the DV case.

She made false MC in some xyz nursing home seriously i have not even touch her when she left the house no one is believing me.....even my lawyer

I found my self helpless.

pls help me what should i do to prove her wrong

your advice will highly appreciated

wife has to prove the allegations made in complaint . she would have to exaqmine doctor who has given the certifcate . you can then cross examine the doctor

DV Act case is not so serious as you are fearing. Let your wife prove her allegations beyond any reasonable doubt.
