Experts please help me

3 days ago I purchased a toned milk from mother dairy buth located in New Delhi, but the milk taste was like medicine due to which I got vomiting, so I complained on Mother Dairy toll free number but they people are just not talking any action. What should I do now? I've sent them e-mail as well but no one is serious regarding this issue as because Mother Dairy is very big company. Please experts help me what should I do now??

get milk tested . based on test report take further action .

first send them legal notice and claim damages.

You are required to make a police complaint and simultaneously have to get the milk tested from a laboratory and on the basis of that report shall have to file a consumer complaint.
