Perjury

I am facing a DV case where the complainant side is being cross examined currently.

We already have more than a dozen of points to file perjury against the 1st 2 witnesses, which we shall be doing very shortly

BUT my question is, can perjury be filed immediately (the same moment)as soon as the cross examination of a particular person gets over. BECAUSE the 3rd witness after finishing with the cross plans to get out of town for a long time and we already have points from the previous date which are sufficient to file
