Sorry I am reposting as the attachment missed previously.

Dear Sir,
Enclosed is the agreement to sell format provided by one of my friend. In my observation, it is not fair to the vendor and partially to the support of purchaser in case of breach. Please review and suggest fairly for both the parties as the time of execution is twelve months.
