My wife filled 498a against me. She filled 498a 2/9/2011. after one month she filled domestic voilence.can i appeal high court for stay / quesh domestic voilence.

You can pray in HC on other grounds of your innocence.

But not on ground that she has filed 498 then she filed DV Act. Please go through the Sec 5 (e) of DV Act.

high court wont quash DV case . you have to fight case on merits . go through allegations made in complaint . contact a lawyer and prepare detailed reply rebutting those allegations

There is no favourable judgment for you in this regard so not advised to go to high court seeking quashing of DVC.
