pls provide some valuable citations supporting / favouring the accused for the alleged offences U/sections 341, 352, 323 & 506(2)of IPC

Because I couldn't found inspite of hard trial to get those decissions

judgements ended with acquittal of the accused for the above offences may be placed pleaseeeeeeee.

Its urgent.
