My query is related to jurisdiction for filing criminal complaint in Mumbai if the entire offence is committed in Delhi by a resident of Delhi.

Merely on the ground that Employment Contract was executed in our Mumbai office or the Employee who had committed offence was appointed in Mumbai, can we file criminal complaint in Mumbai.

Please Member guide me

Complaint should be filed in Delhi,follow sec.177 Cr.P.C.-------------"Every offence shall ordinary be inquired into and tried by a court within whose local jurisdiction it was committed".

u cannot file CC at mumbai.file it at delhi.
