I am central govt employee. my spouse is doctor and wanna apply for car loan in personal capacity. and my self as Surety/guarantor.

query:-
1)if permission/intimation is required from department for car loan rule 18(3).
2) if permission/ intimation is required from department for surety/guarantor.

No permission/information is required for surety.

No permission is required if the car is being purchased from a person with whom the purchaser Govt employee has no official dealings.
