can I eligible for judiciary exam without registration in bar council because i not received my final year marksheet from the college.

This is more or less an academic query.
I am astonished that a law student can put such a query.
Needless to say that, before applying for any such job , one has to check up whether he( she) meets the eligibility criterion or not?

no, at present u r not eligible.

Only a aw graduate is entitled to appear though registration with bar council is not mandatory.
