Hi,
I am krunal. I would like to knw u first Airtel company has activate one mobile no. on my name without my permission. Its a case of fraud. The connection is showing on my name airtel records and some one else using it . Even i never applied for this connection. They keep sending their documents and bill to my address. In-fact now collection agent are also visiting to my place to collect the o.s which is i never used it. this no is not wid me. i was writing and complaining dem since long but dey always says that they are are investigating this case. It almost 4 month abide. Its 100 percent genuine and due to lake in airtel connection system. Can i launch a legal case airtel for this mental harassment.

You serve a legal notice and do threaten to initiate legal action with claim of a lot of compensation against them in case the matter is not solved within a stipulated period and thereafter you may not only may file a criminal case but also can file a civil suit against them.
