Community certificate: father bc & mother mbc

Hi,

I am from Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu.

I belong to Backward Class and my wife belongs to Most Backward Class (MBC)

Can I get MBC community certificate for our children.

I read earlier queries similar to this case and I also read Tamil Nadu Govt GO 477 Dated:27.06.1975 which mentions only SC,ST and BC classes. But no indication of Most Backward Classes. Please help me in this regard.

You cannot adopt the caste of your wife rather you shall have to be in your own caste.

@raj kumar makkad: I dont want to adopt my wife's caste. All I need know is, whether I can get my wife's caste for my children community certificate.
