Will, whether registered or unregistered, never demands stamp in whole INDIA.

WILL should always write in on plain paper.

This is not a legal requirement but if the same is on stamp duty, it is not invalid on this ground.

no . it has to be merely signed in presence of 2 witnesses . notarisation is not necessary

But you can notarised will to recorded in the register of notary for future reference.
