can u pls advice me what is the time limit to apply for partition in my fathers property who had expire 30 yrs back.

Now also you can apply for the parition and asut for patition.

The cause of action for partition arises when
it is requested and denied by other joint owners and limitation would be treated 12 years from such denial hence practically plaintiff is master and there is no limitation.
