Hello Sirs/Madams

We are sponsoring the education of a 5 years old boy who lost both his parents recently.

Can you please let me know the rights of such an orphan..

Please let me know how can I get the details of various life supporting schemes the govt is implementing for such children.

Also please let me know if he should be registered as an orphan, where should he be registered,?

There is no such registration for an orphan.If you feel like adopting,you can do so as per the act.Better contact Women and Child Welfare Dept, in your place for futher information.
