sir ,
co operative arbitration court passed an order against debter , after that recovery officer passed garnishi order for attachment of salary of surety , now which orer have t challange in court ,,whether it is attchment order or order passed by the arbitration court (original order )

attachment order is a garnishi order of attachment of salary passed in cooperative exection petition ,

If u have not challenged the original order within one month then it becomes final. Now if u have any grouse on the attachment of the salary,you have to file ur objections against the attachment order before the attaching court itself and seek its cancellation or modification.
