Case against comm. of police

Fund. Rights of my family are at stake in context to one of my neighbour.
1. I have written 33 complaints to Comm. till date with no action.
2. NHRC has booked a case against Comm. of Police 8 months back on not acting on my complaints.
3. I have approached all DCP, ACP, SHO but no one is moving papers from their desk.
4. This is indirectly giving a boost of energy to those culpurits (neighbours) and now they have recently done hiniarious crime with one of my family member.
I now want an immediate relief. Can any one help me in this case. For family money shall not be a constraint from my end.

you should knock the door of the High Court concerned.

You have already done wht you could without a lawyer. Now you need to put petition for writ mandamus in High Court. You need lawyer.
If you can't afford a lawyer then approach legal aid bureau of your local court.
