i had given friendly loan for Rs 2,00,000/- and i the party had enter into the agreement that i have right to deduct the sum of Rs 500/- per month from his salary and given authority for 50 months to me and i had added one clause that incase if any dispute arise regarding agreement the arbitory will decice the matter for which the party/ person is responisble. know let me know what is the further procedure regarding the arbitor already appointed by us.

that the party have executed agreement under the arbitrator act but the party had violate the agreement let me know how i will file complaint under the arbitrator act do inform me how to process its. the party had given inwritten that the department will directly give the instalment from his salary incase if i fail to compliance the agreement you have right to file a complaint before the arbitator act. kindly reply me what to do.
