when two gala is exchanged within the same building of the co-operative society,what is stamp duty is payable?

owner of two gala has purchased the premises in the same year.

from where i get the proper guidence?

execute deed of exchange . depends upon market value of both properties . stamp duty would depend upon state where you are located . contact a local lawyer

if one gala is exceed by the 15 sq ft compare with other gala - then on which amt is to pay stamp duty?

other member has got (receiced) rs. 100,000 from first gala (more space than other ) for the consideration of 15 sq ft?
