Since last 6 years police not submitting charge sheet

Sir,
As I am not involve in IT crime and even police didn'nt get any evidence against me but i am a service provider. they got my bill and my preseance at that place, they make me helper in crime, and collect all evidances which make sure that main criminal is some other person even case from in such a way that i have taken an amt of 13cr. or above by makeing telephone exchange and they didn'nt get even 13000 in my account and in that duration even no property deal. loan's and other things are traced even NPA CC a/c of only 1 lackh. and on that criminal they got several property above than 100cr. and criminal records. they decleared him farar and send me on jr.
now after completion of six yr. they are not submitting charge sheet. i am on bail , i have to go to court every 1 or 2 month 4 giving my preseance. what can i do,
even i have apply to jude for considering my case they issue 3 time notice for police dept. to submmit report. they are intrested in geting 10 lack. and i am not capable b'coz i didn'nt earn so much even from that client i earned only approx 1300 in 4 months with matterial supplied.Even as i came to now from my advocate that from h.court they enquir from gwalior with matterial and facts collected by police. the computer system with telephone exchange and the billing address and amt payed by and the data collected by that compter system. some Govt concern give report that "Abhay johri" my self have no envolvment in that(report ask by jablpur high court) on this basis they give me bail
what can i do

You can go for quashing of the case, however it would depend on the facts of the case.

In the given case, you should go to high court and should quashing of FIR especially in the light of the fact that a report has been given to a Govt. department that you are not involved in the alleged crime.

though there is no time limit for submitting charge sheet, 6 years is too long a time to submit such report.
Yes. do file petition for quashing. Even if it is not allowed at least it would pave way for expeditious trial followed by immediate submission of charge sheet.
