in my 498a case, police has recorded statement of my wife neighbour that her father told him that husband and family has demanded dowry on marriage date.
He has also, he know this fact before wife father has told him this fact within one of week of marriage and he does not whether FACT is truE OR NOT.

what is value of such evidence. interesting thing is that they invited me and my wife for dinner given to new couple around three month after marriage and alleged incident.

I have pics of that dinner party at his house, which show how happy everyone including wife, her parenet, groom and neighbour where. Is this relvent in cross questioning
