Yes unless it causes threat to life of the Public.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 24 January 2012
It is related to the property owners. They have to decide whether to demolish or not. There is no law required.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 24 January 2012
#Shroff, Asho & Barman!

Can you please tell me the particular line wherein author has told that other than owner is going to demolish the hall?

A owner of the property is free to demolish it many times in a day and reconstruct it as per his own wish and whims including a cinema hall.

It shall be good to intimate to sales tax department, DPRO & DC about the non-existence of aforesaid cinema hall now just for a record.
Sailesh Kumar Shah (Expert) 25 January 2012
