How can an accuse file complaint against IO for filing false chargesheet without investigation.

If the charge sheet is filed, if the courts takes it on file, you have to face the trial.

During the trial, establish that the IO had filed the charge sheet without investigation.

If you prove this, the court will take care of the rest.

You have to disprove the charge sheet in the trial. There is no provision to file complaint against the IO for filing false charge sheet.

Do not forget the IO himself will be witness and subject to cross-examination.

If you get acquitted in the case, it shall automatically provide a legal right in your favour to trap such IO and the complainant in civil as well as in criminal case as per your desire but this is not the fit stage to start such litigation.

Confine fully over the case filed against you.

never think -ve, punish I/O etc.
Try to understand why IO did this way? What is his aim and objective
? certainly, both of you never know each other, and not enemy??
IO have power and authority? it is his job also.

So forget filing Complaint against IO
U r not likely to get
Order u/s 156(3) cr.p.c. also.

At present only think to defend yourself.
