Only by 23rd or 24th of December, 2011 Mr. Shailesh Kr. Shah was made a "FEATURED MEMBER OF LCI".
However, we find that within his name stands removed from the Featured Member Status, and Mr. Dhingra's name once again appears as a Featured Member.
We congratulate Mr. Dhingra for this distinction.
At the same time, we wonder as to what is the reason for removing the name of Mr. Shailesh Kr. Shah from the Featured Membership within a week's time?
Did anybody notice?

contact the adminsitartor . both are distinguisjed members of lawyers Club . it is immaterial whether said member is featured or not . both members have done great work in helping litigants free of cost

Dear Mr. Sethi,
I fully agree and appreciate that both the members of the LCI have done great service in the Forum.
I have also no issue as to who gets featured and who is not.
But the fact is, Mr. Shailesh Kr. Shah was featured from 23rd December 2011. Prior to that Mr. Dhingraji was featured. However, now after removing the name of Mr. Shailesh Mr. Dhingraji has been again featured.
I am only wondering as to what is the logic that is being followed by the Administration.
Please deem that this query is addressed only to the Administration.

Very astonishing and strange information.
I share your concern Mr. Anirudh.If one was to continue as featured for several years then he must have not been brought as featured.It is not very important who is featured and who is not as i did not even knew about it,when i was informed about i have been featured ; i at that time did not know even where it showed,a friend of mine guided me the place where it was showing I found it shifted a month after by a lady advocate who also got replaced a month after by Mr.Dhingra and after replacing him occupation was given to Mr.Shailesh Kr. Shah ,then it is very surprising that why Mr.Shailesh Kr. Shah has been withdrawn after two days.Why he was brought then.Why not Mr.Dhingra was decided to be continued for desired time.
IT IS A SAD AFFAIR AND I CONDEMN IT IF IT HAS HAPPENED.I HAVE NO DISPUTE WHO IS FEATURED AND WHO IS NOT.I HAVE EVEN GIVEN
OPEN OFFER OF to SURRENDER MINE.I HAVE JUST CHECKED IT TO FIND THAT Mr.Mr.Dhingra IS PLACED IN THE OLD BOX OF FEATURED YET SHOWING AMONG FEATURED.
I OR FOR NOT ANY ONE AND NOT EVEN FOR Mr.Shailesh Kr. Shah IT COULD ANY WAY BE OBJECTIONABLE WHY ONE IS NOT SELECTED AS FEATURED OR AS ONE IS EXHIBITED FOR YEARS AGAINST OTHERS FOR A MONTH ONLY.........
BUT CERTAINLY IT IS HIGHLY OBJECTIONABLE TO WITHDRAW A PERSON IN TWO DAYS TO RESTORE THE SITUATION...........ADMINISTRATOR SHOULD REPLY ON IT.
YESTERDAY I DROPPED A FUNNY GREETING TO MANY INCLUDING Mr.Dhingra and administrator but at
then i did not know i would be circumstantially compelled to prove that in this way right very first day.i am so sad.!!!!!!
Administration is requested to correct it if it is due to some technical error.
In case it is deliberate, sufficient explanation is needed because i am opposed to it.I am again offering you back your medal but restore the status quo in respect of shah.Just think peacefully should it be the way!!!!!!!???

It is news for me that Prabhakar Singh has been awarded any medal by LCI to which he has offered to return.
I have never heard about any system of awarding any meal by administrator of LCI. Anyway, Admin should himself come and clarify this query which according to querist is 'dedicated' to Admin only.
I also do not know where featured members are shown and how those are selected as I never care for that and truly, I have no such time to go through in detail of other features of this site. As and when I find time, I open expert section and start my work. Sometime, I also post in forum section.

I don't know what is featured member and what are the criteria. Any how, I am not for any such competition or award. If well explained, those who wish, can try.

There is nothing to be satisfied for it has taken more than 6 days for the Admin to come up with this explanation.
Further more, the Admin. is to yet reveal the criteria in this regard.
But for our alertness, we will be taken for granted.

So the problem is now sorted and Mr. Shailesh Kr Shah has got his rightful place back.
Some glitches do happen at times. We should learn to take them in stride.
