Second marriage registration

Hi,
I remarried last month, i am yet to receive the Certified copy of the Decree from the High Court, however i have the authenticated copy of the same, can this copy be used to register the marriage.Kindly also help with the documents needed to register the second marriage.

if the previous wife can go for appeal then what will do, so wait after getting divorce in 60 days from the order date. after that you will marry.

I got the decree on 10 Aug 2011, it was done mutually, got the authenticated copy immediately...waiting for the certified copy...60 days crietria is over.

Certified copy of Divorce is a must. As advised by all experts, you have to wait. an hurry u there with your Advocate.

You may obtain certified copy of the Divorce decree on urgent basis through your lawyer please.
