engage a local lawyer . see the stamp act of rajasthan as to what is stamp duty payable on said transaction .

The stamp duty varies from state to state and on a lease agreement it is usually 2-3% of annual rent. You seem to have paid 3% of the annual rent which appears to be correct. A demand of over 21 lacs is apparently a mistake. After knowing the rate of stamp duty on a lease in Raj., you submit a reply to the notice.

True stamp duty varies from state to state.
Yet the demand notice is apparently bad
in law as it is exorbitant tested any way.
You are advised to engage a lawyer and file objection.

Engage a lawyer, he would do needful for you in this case. Since stamp duty applicable as per state law, so,I can't guide about rajasthan state.

It seems that they have demanded duty on whole lease period plus security deposit.

please appoint any advocate from your locality.,

look at the site itself i feel there may be some thing wrong.,

received advance 390000/- rent 95000/-p.m.
but why asking to pay more than 2100000/-?

Agreed with experts. A local lawyer would help you with complete solution.
