Contractual appointement

Sir,
I am working with a autonomous organisation of Govt. of India on contractual appointment with a consolidated salary since last 3 years.
I am getting a letter from the organisation for an appointment for 89 day after 1 day break another one since last 3 years

Am i liable to claim for a regular appointment for the same post. Because i am having all the required degree and experience for the same post.
If yes what is the procedure?

rajeev! there is no need to utter such words in may posts. One is sufficient to convey your intension which seems violated in various threads.

You as a matter of right has not claim for regularisation but you shall have to obtain information from your organization about any such policy and shall have to apply accordingly.

The one day break is deliberate by them so that you may not ask for lien against the post.As they are autonomous body they might have made some service rules with out looking into that no appropriate answer is possible.
