(iii) Proceedings of Parliament are TELEVISED OPENLY

THE MOST IMPORTANT PROCEEDINGS OF STANDING COMMITTE ARE TERMED CONFIDENTIAL AND SECRET
WHERE THE LAWS OF LAND ARE BEING FORMULATED FOR COMMON MAN ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL AND SECRET
WHY
WHY
WHY
WHY
Any one who has clout or can move PIL , can he do so , to make the proceedings PUBLIC or LIVE TELECAST
HOW IS IT CONFIDENTIAL OR SECRET
It does not concern FOREIGN POLICY /DEFENCE/NUCLEAR SECRETS OR SOME OTHER THING
HOW CAN THAT BE SECRET AND CONFIDENTIAL

Who told u it is confidential
can u produce any documents, any bye-laws , any act to prove ur statement that Standing committees mts are confidential?
is it out of RTI ?
I can advise after that , as i m sorry, i have no such law/act ?
or u r talking abt std committee of what?? muni corporation?? ?
Let experts know where u r hurt, & what is ur objective?? Exactly what u want, and how it benefit u??

While it was discussed on TV Chanel , it was said that the discussions of Standing Committee are a privilege of the Members
My question is , why it cant be televised live so that the OWNERS OF THIS COUNTRY , THE REAL OWNERS , THE PEOPLE OF INDIA , MUST KNOW WHAT IS BEING EXPRESSED BY WHOM
ANY FORMULATION OF LAW BY ANY STANDING COMMITTEE MUST BE THE PROPERTY OF THE PEOPLE OF INDIA AND EACH CITIZEN HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW WHAT WENT IN AS ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST OF EACH AND EVERY TOPIC AND POINT
This seems to be NOT PRACTICAL
BUT IN HISTORY AND TODAY TOO THE PROCEEDINGS OF PANCHAYAT IS NEVER IN CLOSED DOOR WHILE ADJUDICATING OR DECIDING A MATTER
THEN WHY THE STANDING COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS MUST BE CONFIDENTIAL WHILE THE FORMULATION IS BEING DISCUSSED
MY QUESTION IS WHY WAS IT NOT TELEVISED LIVE
THE SYSTEMS NEED CHANGE
Its not DEFENCE , NUCLEAR SECRETS , which must be kept under wraps
THE JUDICIARY , LOWER BUREAUCCY , CBI , CVC and PM etc are kept out of AMBIT EVEN AFTER PARLIAMENT PASSED A RESOLUTION THAT THREE WILL BE KEPT IN IT , ALL BUREAUCRACY , CITIZENS CHARTER and LOKAYUKTS IN STATES , WITH CLEAR UBDERSTANDING CBI (CORRUPTION WING) MUST BE UNDER LOKPAL
IS IT NOT BETRAYAL BY THIS GOVT
WE ARE NOT REAL DEMOCRACY
WE ARE STILL AUTOCRACY , WHERE WHAT BIG WIGS IN THE RULING PARTY SAYS WILL HAPPEN , NOTHING ELSE
IF THE PROCEEDINGS WOULD HAVE BEEN TELEVISED , THE PUBLIC DISCUSSION WOULD HAVE COMPELLED MANY MEMBERS TO CHANGE THEIR STAND < THE GOVT MAY HAVE CHANGED THE STAND

That is the question
Can we file a PIL demanding live telecast of the Standing Committee proceedings , :-
(i) It cannot be termed Secret by any any sense of imagination ;
(ii) The Parliament proceedings are telecast live ;
(iii) The Honble Supreme Court and other Court's Hearing are also held in Public view
(iv) People have a right for hearing and seeing the deliberation and arguments of the Standing Committee
Its my request if anyone of you have any source or contact with leading Luminary Counsel who could undertake such Venture ,
of filing a PIL in High Court or Honble Sup Court to demand thus
It will be a great service to the Nation and people of India
