Stamp duty - roc

A loan was given to a company 'A' at Mumbai by a compnay 'B' of Kolkata.

The loan agreement,hypo deed was executed and stamped duty was paid at Kolkata (according to stamp duty act of this State)

Now 'A' want to file condolation of delay at ROC(Registror of Company)at Mumbai/Maharashtra

Question - Wheter or not the stamp duty Will be accepted by ROC.(paid according to stamp act of Kolkata)

True it is that your query is not with all facts.

As a general answer only this much can be stated that Stamp duty is paid following the law of state where the agreement is executed
and not only ROC but every authority has to accept such agreement.

What is this condonation of delay application proposed to be moved by A before ROC in Mumbai?

You explain it as I am unaware about any such application or its procedure with its aim concerned with hypothecation agreement executed at Kolkatta and condonation being sought at Mumbai.
