IN MUMBAI ON WHAT GROUNDS A CO-OP HSG.SOC. CAN DENY ITS MEMBERS FOR SUBLETTING THEIR PREMISES ON LEAVE AND LICENSE BASIS.

Legally the Society can not restrain a member to let his property out unless there is a consensual by laws in that regard.

I think even if by laws are there to that effect, then same can be challenged in law as illegal.
