Electricity meter

Dear sir

I have taken vacant possession of the shop in excecution of the warrant of possession from court.

While giving the possession the tenant has even taken the electricity meter with him. Now what should i do and how do i proceed with disconnection of said meter with electricity meter. This case pertains to haryana and UHBVNL is involved.

File a complaint before the local police and report it to the superintending engineer of your area/circle.

you have to inform the UBHVNl immediatedly that you have in pursuance of court order taken posession of shop premises and that tenant has wrongfully and without your permission removed electricity meter . request them to disconnect it .

substitute THE WORD" permission " FOR WORDS "KNOWLEDGE" AND ADD AFTER WORDS "removed electricity meter" ' PRIOR TO POSSESSION DELIVERED IN EXECUTION BY COURT TO THE APPLICANT' i honestly believe my brother would not mind it.
