Until he gets any such injunction against any specific employer based on very solid grounds you need not worry.

than u sir for ur reply, but today i went for an interview process and they made me sign a undertaking which says that there is no fir or police complaint in any police station or under any court,as of now there is no such thing with me but in future it can be a matter of concern.

You have no control about what the other would do.
Why are you so worried that your uncle would lodge complaint in the Police? Have you done any wrong.
Unfortunately if the FIR is registered against your name then at the time of Police verification the employer would come to know thereby definitely affecting ypur job.

No answer many problems have because of being anticipatory in nature and so is yours.

But your anxiety is genuine as those who have grudge by jealousy can go to any extent but unfortunately we have no STOPS against them in law.

As precaution you can write a detail of the apprehension addressed to your district SP,DM,CM etc.by registered post A/D or speed post with receipts and copies preserved, so that if any thing comes across ,your letter of info will provide solace .

Dear anonymous,

Future is not in the hands of any one. The information on your declaration would be valid only till the date you sign the declaration. If any FIR happens after that date, that would not effect your past declaration. Better concentrate on your career.

However, if you willfully conceal the information of any FIR or court case, which you may be knowing that can affect your career as you would have furnished a false declaration to the employer.

An FIR per se means nothing unless the police registers a case.

I do agree with experts. There is no answer for presumptive questions. Concentrate only on your job preparation and not on such unborn situations. I think you are chasing your uncle to do something against you by raising such question on public plaform like this site as he is silent as on date.
