Dear sir,
We are having 18 members society. According to agreement developer will give 1000 Sq. ft. carpet and 225 flower bed etc in two parts i.e. 350 + 70 & 650+155. In that two is commercial they will get 1500 each..
We already got NOC from MHADA. In that the following thing is mentioned.(see Attach file)

In this FSI. is there is possible for builder to give us 1000 + 225 sq. ft.

If not then please help us and tell us what is the next step to get ride out of this.

agreement entered into by the builder with members is legally binding . if builder has undertaken that he will give certain area as carpet it is binding upon him . in the event he fails to honour his commitment you can take legal proceedings against the developer
