Harrassed by Judges & In-Laws

I am seperated for 4 years. And i have 2 son living with me. My wife filed false case 498-A against me and my mother and another criminal case against me. My in-laws are working in local judiciary and my wife too in High Court Chandigarh. And harrassing me for last 9 years through false blaming to destroy my life and children future. Judges are under misguidance and also acting as per their will. She has illiciate relation relation with her brother in law and blackmailing me for money.

It is very sad. But all the judges do not come under pressure. Of course, it is possible in your case that the things are going in as you said. But you have to fight it with lot of patience. Try to persuade the court for early disposal. If you are sure that your wife has relation with her brother in law, engage a private detective, if possible and try to get evidence against her.

You can prays to transfer your case to any other combident court.. And thats easy to say adultory alligations. But the burden of proof is your's.

You may have to fight the case. If the judge is harassing his bias may also be appearing in his own judgment in one or the other way, and your appeal may become sound. Transfer from one court to another may agains take another time in trial till the judge of that court can understand properly the background of the case fully based on the past record of trial.
