Dear Experts,

I am student, I just want to know whether
an unregistered partnership firm can sue against the 3rd party for recovery of money?

Is there any remedy to recover money?
I need citation for that...
Please help me to know this...

An unregistered Firm will not be able to sue any third party for recovery of the dues. Whereas third parties would be able to sue the unregistered Partnership firm.

I agree with all experts. As far as remedy for recovery of money, the partners can sue in their personal capacity.

Funny Indian law permits even a partner of a dissolved partnership firm can sue third parties, but not permitting an unregistered firm to sue its debtors
