I M MARRIED FROM 10 YEARS.HAVING A CHILD OF 3 YRS. MY INCOME IS 8 THOUSAND PM AND MY WIFE INCOME IS 19 THOUSAND PER MONTH. I WANT TO TAKE DIVORCE.HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE.PLEASE TOLD THE FASTEST WAY.

both are ready to give divorce it will finish 6 months, if any one deny it will take around 2years.

you have told one side story. if your wife is ready then you can take divorce in a span of six month.

if it's a contested divorce then no time limit is there, but if it's a mutual divorce then the minimum period is 6 months and maximum is 18 months.
