defeciency in service

hai,
i had deposited some of my monies in a financial concern.
they are refusing to repay the monies to me.
can i approach the consumer forum for the defeciency of services provided by them.
please help me.

Yes you can.

Yes you can. The depositors can approach the consumer court. ONly the shareholders can not approach the Consumer court, for return of their shares.
