reinstatement after acquittal by high court

Sir I have been dismissed from service by Govt of AP on charges of corruption under PCA act in 2007 and the high court of AP had acquitted me in 2010 .my query is
1) I am i eligible for reinstatement to service after acquittal?
2)if so yes what are the legal citations/high court judgements I should mention for my reinstatement while requesting my HOD/Govt of AP

You are eligible for reinstate. Only high court judgement is sufficient. File an application to reinstate along with the certified copy of the judgement to the concerned department.

Please check with the charges on you. If charges are only the corruption under the PC act, the High court order will help you for reinstatement.

Yes.Mr.Gopal Soni is absolutely correct. If the disciplinary proceedings are completed and you had been awarded dismissal, now with the HC judgement on hand, you can challenge the order of disciplinary authority and you have fair chances to win. Then only you can request for reinstatement.

Please read the judgement carefully, it would have mentioned about service continuity or otherwise with benefits.
