Please guide me- can an ex- parte divorce decree which has been passed in U.S. be executed in India??? what should be the proper mode of execution??? Please provide relevant case laws...

The decree of divorce need not be executed.

there remains nothing to be executed in a decree of divorce. such a decree is purely declaratory in nature and there is nothing for execution in it.
