A case file under Crpc 125 and D.V. section 12, 18 to 22 against me and my relatives v also file a case under section 9 for comming back but wife and her father adament and backmailing us and not ready to came back and she is residing with her parents since March'10 and now the case is in medeatation centre, I would like to know if she refuse to came back in medeatation centre then i would like to know it is helpfull us to fight the false case or v r liable for maintenance. Kindly also suggest from which way we rid from such people.

as far as maintenance is concerned it is a legal right of wife, but her conduct will certainly have a bearing on her own case.

Whether she participate in the mediation or not, I do not think her right to maintenance form the court is going to be hampered much.
