in rajkot city or in ahmedabad who is authorise to sign as oath commissioner

KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU MAY CONTACT THE LOCAL COURT AND GET THE AFFIDAVIT DULY SIGNED AND STAMPED MEANS NOTORISED FROM THE NOTARY WHO IS OFFICIALY APPOINTED BY GOVT.
HE IS AN ADVOCATE AUTHORISED TO REGISTER AND NOTORISE THE AFFIDAVITS BY CHARGING FEES FOR THE SAME. HE WILL TAKE YOUR SIGNATURE IN HIS REGISTER AND STAMP THE DOCUMENT WHICH IS TO BE NOTORISED.

notary r saying we are not oath commissioner , so please help me who is authority to sign

Notaries are above oath commissioners but there are plenty of oath commissioners in a particular court campus who are authorized to perform their work as such.

I think oath commissioner shall have try examination to become oath commissoioner, which will be condeucted by jurisdcational HighCourt.
