34 & 120-b ipc

(Querist) 27 June 2014 This query is : Resolved 
dear sir
plz tell me why sec. 34 of IPC is not imposed on an accused who is charged with sec. 420,467,468,471 etc. why in such cases only sec. 120-B is used. along with the other sections as per the offence.
