Respected Experts,
Plz. suggest me suitably.
I have succeeded a case before division bench of High Court of A.P. in an Appeal suit. Against the said order, the Government(Opposite Party) filed SLP with delay condone petition. On that the Hon'ble Supreme court has dismissed the SLP in the month of January,2012, on the ground that the Government has not properly explained the delay in filing the SLP.
In this I want to know that the doors ( for justification) closed for Government or not?
If so, is there any possibility to approach further.

Dear Nanda,
You cannot call yourself expert, then give wrong answers and ask others keep quiet. I will not do it. I will definitely point out.
If you think what I pointed out is sermon, then so be it.

What a pity.
First the SLP of the Govt. stands dismissed due to unexplained delay. That dismissal took place in January, 2012.
Now, after so much delay, one can easily understand the outcome of any Review petition by the Govt.

It is clear that Nanda has not read the query and thought as if the petition of the author was dismissed and accordingly he replied and even after diverting his attention towards his mistake, he continued on his stand may be due to his ego.
Govt. can do nothing now in the matter of SLP and the judgment of high court has attained now finality.
