Respected sir,

during the trail one of the accused u/s 159. went abroad . the presiding officer told that he will split the case. but while giving the judgement . he mention all the accused are acquitted as there is no evidence to prove the guilty and mention the name of all the accused including the one who went abroad. i am confuse whether the case is close or it split for the one who went abroad.

Without seeing the judgement it is difficult to advise. Superficially it appears all have been acquitted of charges.

really thankful to you for you response to my quarry .as i ready the complete judgement there is no where mention that the case is split and one accused is not present during the trial .

If the case was not split and the judgment has accordingly been pronounced then there is no reason to believe that the case has not been closed even qua the accused went abroad
